Costumes for the Fringe

A great selection of our costumes graced the stages at The Fringe this summer with all of our shows getting rave reviews.

Hartshorn-Hook’s production of the Rat Pack and Blues Brothers which have both been on tour throughout the UK, had excellent write ups. The female vocalists looked stunning in black and white evening gowns, sparkling with diamante and Ray Charles looked fabulous in his famous floral shirts.

We will be Free by Townsend Productions features a variety of character costumes some of which are based on the mummers style folk costumes, with St George and The Doctor in ragged folk style clothing to perfectly complement the beautiful English folk music composed by John Kirkpatrick.

Only two performers play all the characters in the plot, requiring smooth and quick costume changes which were expertly executed by Neil Gore and Liz Eves, who was nominated for the best actress award.

We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with these talented professionals on their wonderful shows.
