Costumier Variety

A very busy start to the year with a gorgeous set of bespoke costumes prepared for a production of The Tempest, performed in Greece. Set in medieval style, rich fabrics were used to create some stunning and opulent costumes.

Our first show of the year was The Wizard of Oz, produced by a local group, The Square Drama Circle in Dunstable. We had great fun providing costumes for Dorothy, the Lion, Scarecrow, Tin Man and an Emerald City Guard.

The Wizard of Oz was quickly followed by school productions of Bugsy Malone, The Sound of Music, Grease and Oh What a Lovely War, with costumes being shipped as far away as Belfast.

We now have several local pantos coming up, with original and topical writing from the talented casts.

Aladdin will feature a fantastic selection of beautiful oriental style costumes for both adults and children.

Red Riding Hood versus the Three Little pigs property developers is set in a modern style with a panto dame that cannot stop eating cakes and Goldilocks in a biker jacket.

We are excited about providing costumes for semi-Monde, a play by Noel Coward, costumes for the school competition, Rock Challenge and some bespoke medieval style dresses for a photo-shoot emulating the Chronicles of Narnia.
