What a
wonderful and varied time we’ve had here at Admiral Costumes this week.
We’ve had
three sets of Sound of Music Costumes on
hire with various drama groups and schools, with more individual costumes being
hired for the popular Sound of Music singalongs, that are taking place all around
the UK.
The twinning
association in Newton Longville are holding a Waterloo night and we have been
putting together some Abba costumes for their musical entertainment.
We have
received some lovely photos from Dunstable Rep from their superb production of
The Hollow last week. This is a great Agatha Christie play set in a 1940’s English
country manor.
Our Mr
Tumniss appeared on Come Dine with Me this week and can be seen on U-tube – you
can follow the link here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ai_-pY03zHk
We are now
looking to meet more WI members who are celebrating 75 years this month with
themed events all around the country.
